We stand behind every product we sell and as the best assurance of our quality and the confidence we place in our products, we offer ‘100% satisfaction or a full refund’ of the purchase price. We will also refund any shipping and handling costs incurred.

General Store Policies
We accept PayPal, Visa, and MasterCard through PayPal's secure payment system.
Please order on-line by using our shopping cart
. Your total, including shipping, will be calculated for you. An order confirmation number will be emailed you separately once the payment has been processed and we have assured product availability.
Shipping will usually take place within 2 business days unless you indicate ‘Rush Order”. You will then be lead to an overview of shipping options for you to choose. Lavender Sense will ship via Canada Post ‘Priority Post’.
Please notify us by email within 48 hours of delivery of any broken or damaged item.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the product(s) we sent you, please contact us by email within 10 days notifying us your grievance and we will give you a prompt refund or exchange. Please include packing slips with all returns. We will only accept returns on unopened products. We are unable to pay return shipping charges and can offer no refund on original shipping charges. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected items, so please insure your package accordingly.
International Orders: At this time we can only accept orders from within Canada.
